We do the work

A high individual trade-skill level allows RPC to complete detailed concrete, carpentry, and fine-finishing work for all their projects.

The subcontractors on site

We work with a group of trusted subcontractors who complement our own team and standards. On an occupied building the subcontractor list matters as much as the head contract, because those are the people your tenants and staff will see every day.

Some of these are also earthquake projects, and appear on the earthquake strengthening page as well: on those jobs, the commercial work and the strengthening work were the same work.

Questions commercial owners ask

Can the building keep trading while you work in it?
Yes. We work around you. Hamptons ITM on Ferry Road is a great example of this. We split Hamptons ITM into two stages so the business could trade throughout. We designed progressive access, zones and pathways set up for staff, subcontractors and customers. How we work depends on your building and what you need, it's the first thing to talk about rather than the last.
Who actually does the work?
RPC performs the detailed concrete, carpentry work and fine-finishing on its projects, then brings in subcontractors for the rest. The site manager and senior foreman are named, with direct phone numbers, on the team page.
Do you do strengthening as part of a commercial project?
Yes, we often do the two at the same time. Some commercial projects on this site involved earthquake repair or structural strengthening alongside the fit-out and build work. Check out the projects to see more.
