Commercial Construction in Christchurch and Canterbury

We do the work

The subcontractors on site
We work with a group of trusted subcontractors who complement our own team and standards. On an occupied building the subcontractor list matters as much as the head contract, because those are the people your tenants and staff will see every day.
Commercial projects
RPC's commercial work ranges from office fit-outs to multi-storey redevelopment, delivered across Christchurch and Canterbury. The projects below are published in full.

Commercial
Hamptons ITM, Ferry Road
Won on pricing and staging methodology. Earthquake repairs and redevelopment across 3,380 square metres, staged in two so the business never stopped trading.

Earthquake
DMC House, Colombo Street
A multi-storey building extensively damaged in the February 2011 earthquake. Structural strengthening works to the New Building Code.

Commercial
Flexi-Lease, St Asaph Street
A high-end office fit-out delivered on time and on budget, won on competitive tender for a long-standing client. A structure built inside the existing structure, with the concrete floors levelled to take it.
Commercial
1 Workshop Road
A new commercial build, recently completed — panel construction at commercial scale.
Some of these are also earthquake projects, and appear on the earthquake strengthening page as well: on those jobs, the commercial work and the strengthening work were the same work.
