Following the Canterbury earthquakes, RPC Construction has repaired and strengthened hundreds of commercial buildings. This has enabled us to build a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this field.

We also have expert consultants on hand that can work with you to come up with an effective and economical solution to remedy your building, or bring it up the the New Building Standard (NBS).

What we can do to help:

• Meet you onsite and listen to you to find out what your needs are for your building – no charge
• Organise experienced consultants, if needed to assist with design solutions
• Work with you to find a solution that is within your budget
• Potentially keep your tenants or yourselves in the building while the work is carried out, if required
• Arrange for the final sign-off of all work on-site, contractors and obtain council approval
