The building comprised 1250m2 basement, with two levels of office space above at 640m2 each. We completed the shell works to a base build specification with the work being sequenced to maintain unrestricted access to an existing rear tenancy. Temporary access over our construction site from the public car park was required for a few weeks, see bottom left how we achieved this. As a separate contract we completed the level one fit out for Bayleys, running concurrently with the main contract.
